Annual SPORTS EXHIBITION event showcasing a variety of nontraditional female extreme sports and the trainers, facilities, organizations and businesses in support of female athleticism. This one day event showcases exhibition style demonstrations, actual competitions and the multitude products and service vendors in health, wellness, nutrition, apparel and recovery. This event will encompass an entire day of female athleticism, education fun and introduce to the spectator and fellow sports organizations the brewing talent and impact of "WOMEN IN SPORTS"

KICKBOXING ~ Exhibition fight techniques and education with trainer and athlete meet & greet
POLE STRENGTH TRAINING ~Demonstration lead event showcasing the basics of upper body and core strengthening power moves techniques in a fun flirty atmosphere & meet & greet.
YOGA ~ Breath, stretch and Zen ...learn the basics techniques to get you on your way to mental & physical balance.
BOXING ~ Exhibition style technique and spare session. Meet & greet.
